It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting conscious, local and sustainable fashion. You earn points every time you shop and turn them into rewards.

Yes. 100% free. Always.

How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every $ spent on our website.

When do my points appear?

Your points are added after your order is confirmed.

Can I earn points on sale items?

Yes! Sale items earn points too.

How do I use my points?

At checkout, you’ll be able to redeem your points for a discount code.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire 12 months after you earn them (use them, don’t ghost them).

Can I combine points with discount codes?

Usually yes, unless stated otherwise for special promos.

Can I use points on any product?

Almost all products. Some limited drops or collaborations may be excluded (we’ll always tell you).

Can I transfer points to someone else?

Nope. Points are personal. Like your favorite hoodie.

What happens if I return an item?

The points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.

What if I cancel my order?

Can I earn points in physical stores?

Currently, the loyalty program works online only. But, If you were part of our loyalty program in Cuba, you can recover your points and use them in our online store in US (read below).

Can Clandestina change the program?

Yes, we may update rewards or rules to keep things fresh.
But don’t worry — we’ll always communicate changes clearly.

Can I recover my loyalty points from Clandestina in Havana?

If you were part of our loyalty program in Cuba, you can recover your points and use them in our online store in US. Just contact us and we transfer your points from one account to another.

How does it work? It’s very easy:

Just send us an email with the subject “I want to recover my points”, including your first and last name and, if you remember it, your loyalty program customer number. Also, you can text us via Whatsapp + 53 56042662.

Our team will take care of transferring your points to the Clandestina.co Loyalty Program, and we’ll send you the corresponding discount coupon so you can use it on your next purchase.

Because for us, borders don’t exist.
