The following information explains how the Rubber Nails auction works, how the winner is selected, and what happens after the auction closes.

How the Auction Works

To place a bid, customers must create or log in to a customer account on our website.

Bidders may place one or multiple bids while the auction is active. The highest valid bid at the end of the auction will be reviewed and confirmed by the Clandestina team.

Winner Selection

After the auction closes, Clandestina will manually review the bidding history and confirm the highest valid bid.

The winning bidder will be contacted by email within 24 hours with instructions to complete payment through our website.

Clandestina reserves the right to reject or cancel suspicious, fraudulent, mistaken or invalid bids.

Payment

All bids are binding.

The winning bidder must complete payment within 72 hours of being contacted.

If payment is not completed within this period, Clandestina reserves the right to cancel the winning bid and offer the artwork to another bidder.

Shipping & Delivery

The artwork ships from Miami, Florida.

Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping costs are not included in the winning bid and will be confirmed separately depending on the destination.

The artwork will be professionally packed for shipping. Delivery times may vary by location.

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Authenticity

Rubber Nails is a one-of-one original artwork.

The piece includes a certificate of authenticity.

Final Sale

All auction sales are final. Once payment is completed, the artwork cannot be returned or exchanged.
