This bag is handmade from 100% cotton canvas (150 g).
The print is applied using direct-to-garment digital printing.

Machine wash gently at a maximum temperature of 20°C. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the design. Hang to dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Wash with similar colors. Use detergent. Maximum shrinkage 5%.

Shipping Rates and Methods:

We offer both standard and express shipping options. The shipping rates for both options are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order automatically by the shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS). You will be able to see the shipping rates at checkout before completing your purchase.

Delivery Time:

We are Cuban, and we take life sweet and easy.
We move at our own rhythm. Sometimes shipping can take more than a month. Because we truly believe in slow shipping.

International Shipping:

We  do not offer international shipping. But you can contact us and see how we can make it our best to reach you. 

Order Processing Time:

In many cases, we produce exclusively for you.
That means your order may take a little longer than usual.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order online.

Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@clandestina.co. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us to initiate the return process. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Please keep the receipt.
